Madison Beer has followed in the footsteps of Chappell Roan by asking for her own Fortnite skin.
Last year, Roan requested Epic Games make her a playable character in online multiplayer battle royale game Fortnite during an interview with the BBC. “Please give me a skin. Please,” she said. “If I want to have a really good night, I’ll just eat an edible and play video games,” Roan added.
Earlier this month, she became the latest headline act of Fortnite Festival, with a number of Chappell Roan skins, emotes and jam tracks added to the game. “When Chappell Roan asks for her own Fortnite outfit, we give her her own Fortnite outfit,” wrote Epic Games on X.
In a new interview with Hot Ones, fellow pop star Madison Beer has also demanded Epic Games add her to Fortnite. During the episode, host Sean Evans played a game of “fuck, marry, kill” with video games Fall Guys, Fortnite and Dress To Impress.
“Fall Guys feels like a very important one for me because I played it with my fans a lot when I was streaming a little bit randomly. That’s probably one I can’t take off but Fortnite I would marry. I love Fortnite,” said Beer.
“They’ve changed it too much now though,” she continued before addressing the camera. “I’m a little bit upset with you Epic Games. Let’s speak really quickly, let’s get serious. Stop changing things that we love about Fortnite. Keep it original and give me a skin, please!”
Following the release of her new album ‘Locket’ last month, Beer has confirmed details of a huge world tour. After a string of dates in Europe, Beer will head to the UK for shows at London’s O2 Arena and Manchester’s Co-op Live Arena. Tickets are available here.
In other news, Chappell Roan recently revealed that she’s a huge fan of the soundtrack to online multiplayer game RuneScape. “It has video game sounds down. It’s really medieval synth shit.”
